1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and HyperSignal Reactor ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the HyperSignal Reactor TradingView indicator, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service in any way — including purchasing a subscription, downloading the indicator, adding it to a TradingView chart, or visiting our website — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, HyperSignal Reactor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the indicator solely for your own personal trading purposes.

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer access to the indicator to any third party
• Copy, reproduce, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the indicator to create competing products or services
• Share your TradingView account credentials to allow others to access the indicator
• Use the indicator in any way that violates TradingView's Terms of Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license without refund and may result in legal action.

3. No Financial Advice

We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, or fiduciaries. The information provided by HyperSignal Reactor is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Results

HyperSignal Reactor makes absolutely no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of the indicator will result in profitable trades, positive returns, or any specific trading outcome whatsoever. Past performance of any signal, pattern, or indicator is not indicative of future results.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. The following risks exist and you accept them fully:

• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Signals may be delayed, incorrect, or fail to fire
• Technical indicators are inherently backward-looking and do not predict the future
• No indicator eliminates risk or guarantees profits
• Losses may exceed initial investment in leveraged products

5. Technical Limitations and Alert Failures

You expressly acknowledge and agree that HyperSignal Reactor shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from:

• Failed, delayed, or missed TradingView alerts
• Incorrect alert configuration by the user
• Webhook failures, connectivity issues, or third-party platform outages
• Misconfiguration of Make.com, Zapier, or any automation platform
• Exchange API failures, downtime, or rejected orders
• SIGNUM, Kraken, or any other third-party service failures
• Internet connectivity issues on your end or ours
• TradingView platform outages, maintenance, or changes to their alert system
• Any automated trading system executing unexpected or unintended trades
• Double entries, missed exits, or incorrect position sizing resulting from automation

You are solely responsible for monitoring your trades, verifying alert execution, and managing your positions at all times. Do not rely solely on automated systems without human oversight.

6. User Responsibilities

By using HyperSignal Reactor, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Understand the risks of trading financial instruments
• Are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using this indicator
• Will not use the indicator in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by law
• Will configure and test all automations and alerts independently before trading with real capital
• Understand that you bear full responsibility for any trades executed, whether manually or via automation

7. Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation

Access to HyperSignal Reactor requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods beyond our refund policy
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Monthly and Annual plans. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available after 7 days, for Lifetime plans after access has been granted, or if your account has been terminated for violations of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HyperSignal Reactor at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the indicator is immediately revoked.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYPERSIGNAL REACTOR, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HyperSignal Reactor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
