1. Refund Eligibility by Plan
Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase only. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
- Your account must not have been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- You must not have previously received a refund for any HyperSignal Reactor product
- The request must come from the email address associated with your account
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired
- Renewal charges on Monthly or Annual subscriptions
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
- Claims of trading losses — the indicator is a tool, not a guarantee of profit
- Dissatisfaction with trading results, signal performance, or market conditions
- Failed alerts, automation failures, or third-party platform issues
- Misconfigurations of TradingView alerts, webhooks, or automation platforms
- Exchange or broker issues that prevented trade execution
- Incompatibility with specific trading strategies or personal preferences
- Situations where the user claims they "didn't know what they were buying"
Important: Trading losses are not grounds for a refund. HyperSignal Reactor is a technical analysis tool. We make no guarantee of profitable results, and financial losses incurred while using the indicator do not qualify for compensation under this policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact Us by Email
Send an email to support@hypersignalreactor.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
Include Your Details
Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order/transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.
We'll Review Your Request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. We may ask clarifying questions.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your TradingView access will be revoked upon refund approval.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed. We keep detailed records of all transactions, communications, and access logs.
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Cancellation means your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. A refund request is a separate process and must be explicitly requested within the 7-day window.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Purchases made prior to a policy change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
