The HSR Bot executes live trades on your personal exchange accounts using API credentials that you provide voluntarily. You acknowledge and agree that you assume sole and complete responsibility for all automated trades executed through this platform, whether those trades result from signals, alerts, manual triggers, or any other mechanism. HyperSignal Reactor LLC is not responsible for any losses, errors, missed executions, unintended trades, exchange outages, API failures, internet disruptions, software bugs, or any other event — technical or market-related — that results in financial loss. Automated trading carries substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of all funds in your trading account.

All performance metrics, backtest results, win rates, profit factors, average win/loss figures, and strategy statistics displayed on this platform reflect historical or simulated data only, produced under past or hypothetical market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee, predict, imply, or suggest future results. Actual live trading results may differ materially — including significantly worse outcomes — from any figures presented. Simulated results have inherent limitations and do not reflect the impact of real-market execution, slippage, or liquidity constraints.

Exchange API keys you connect to this platform are encrypted using AES-256-GCM military-grade encryption before being written to our database. Raw keys are never stored in plaintext. Despite these protections, no system is entirely immune to sophisticated attack or breach. You acknowledge the inherent risk of connecting exchange API credentials to any third-party system and agree that HyperSignal Reactor LLC is not liable for any financial losses arising from unauthorized access to, or compromise of, your exchange account or API credentials. As a best practice, always scope your API keys to trade-only permissions — never enable withdrawal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyperSignal Reactor LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to: trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, missed opportunities, system downtime, data loss, API errors, exchange errors, or any other financial, economic, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected to your use of this platform or its services. You are not entitled to any compensation, refund, reimbursement, or credit of any kind for any losses incurred while using HyperSignal Reactor's signals, tools, bots, predictions, or platform — regardless of the cause.

"Limited Lifetime" access subscriptions provide platform access for the operational lifespan of the HyperSignal Reactor service as determined by HyperSignal Reactor LLC. This is not a guarantee of indefinite service. HyperSignal Reactor LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, or the platform itself at any time, with 30 days' written notice where reasonably practicable. A Limited Lifetime subscription does not entitle the holder to a refund, compensation, or alternative service in any such event. All subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of HyperSignal Reactor, these Terms of Access, or any breach thereof shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You expressly waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding. These terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HyperSignal Reactor LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the platform or any feature thereof; (b) your violation of these Terms of Access; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or exchange policy; (d) any trade or financial decision you make based on information, signals, or bot execution provided by this platform; or (e) any third-party claim arising from your use of automated trading features or your connected exchange accounts. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your access to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HyperSignal Reactor LLC's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to this platform, these terms, or any feature or service, regardless of the legal theory asserted, shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have actually paid to HyperSignal Reactor LLC during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This aggregate cap applies to all categories of damages combined — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive. If you have not paid any fees during that period, HyperSignal Reactor LLC's maximum liability to you is $1.00 USD.

The HyperSignal Reactor platform and all associated signals, tools, bots, data, indicators, predictions, and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HyperSignal Reactor LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, that bots will execute without error or slippage, that data feeds will be continuous, or that the platform will meet your specific trading objectives. You assume the entire risk as to the quality, accuracy, and performance of the platform and all information provided therein.

By accessing this platform, you agree that initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor for any legitimate subscription fee or charge from HyperSignal Reactor LLC constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Access. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, HyperSignal Reactor LLC reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access without notice or refund; (b) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus all associated fees and costs; and (c) report the dispute to applicable fraud prevention and credit monitoring systems. If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us directly at info@hypersignalcommand.com before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. Refund requests submitted through proper channels will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 5 business days.
