Before you sign up

Who holds the money?

You do. Your store watches your own wallet's public key and every payment goes straight there. HSR never holds, freezes or delays your money. If your plan ends, payments you already received stay exactly where they are.

Which wallet do I need?

Any Bitcoin wallet that shows an extended public key (zpub/xpub): BlueWallet, Sparrow, Electrum, or a hardware wallet like Ledger, Trezor or Coldcard. Exchange accounts don't provide one.

Are there any fees per sale?

No. You pay the flat monthly price. The customer pays the normal Bitcoin network fee to send their payment, like any Bitcoin transaction.

Does it work with my website?

Yes. Use a pay button or payment link on any site, or the plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix. Done-for-you setup does it with you.

Can I accept cards too?

HSR Pay is for Bitcoin. Keep your card processor for cards; most shops run both side by side.

How do I cancel?

Manage my plan → Billing → Cancel. Your store stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
