Lead and manage the member experience across HyperSignal Reactor. You will oversee communications, member intelligence, community moderation, and platform support at scale. As the member base grows, so does the scope of this role.
  • Full access to Email Center, Member Intelligence, Analytics, and Support dashboard in the admin panel
  • Manage Message Board, Predictions Lab visibility, NYSE Banner, Alert Notifications
  • Customer Journey oversight — identify churn risk and intervene
  • Moderation authority over Interstellar Chat (fleet officer perks)
  • Error Diagnostics access — first line of support triage
